Youth Crime on the Rise

David Cameron has blamed blamed the Government's one dimensional response to Britain's growing yob culture, and said: "They have just looked at the criminal justice system. They have passed over 30 new laws, they have created over 3,000 new offences, but I don't think any of us feel safer on the streets."

The only way to TACKLE CRIME of any kind in any situation is by practising ZERO TOLERANCE

Pardons, lenient sentencing,  early release is not helping the victims seek justice but does in fact gives these criminals opportunites  to reoffend. Governments need to follow a strict form of policing that allows no crime or anti-social behaviour to be overlooked.

Zero tolerance is a term used to describe a non-discretionary enforcement policy for the criminal law or informal rules. Under a system of zero tolerance, persons in positions of authority – who might otherwise exercise their discretion in making subjective judgments regarding the severity of a given offense – are instead compelled to act in particular ways and, where relevant, to impose a pre-determined punishment regardless of individual culpability or "extenuating circumstances".
